NEED HELP QUICK!!! VIRUSES 62 on pc :-(?

ok guys last nite i tried to download a free kareoke program think it was called 'Kala' When it opened it started actin all weird and singin now the end is near anyways shut pc down straight away and rebooted and did a virus scan (symantec anti virus) it showed no viruses so thought id been paranonoid i also downloaded google toolbar which came up with spyware doctor i assume to be an anti virus program. pc has been slow all day and then the spyware doctor came up sayin i got 62 viruses!!! assumed it was cos of the kareoke thing so deleted the kala program but jus been in reycle bin and its not there even tho it isnt in my files :-( dont know what is happenin can anyone help this happened to me a coupla months ago and i had to have a new hard drive installed, really stressed just dont know what the hell to do :-(

spyware doctor (pcTools.com) is a good program, you can get a trial copy, then you will be offered a free copy when you uninstall the trial. or get the free copy direct, on the http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/un...

a page you are only offered when you uninstall the trial, or type it in the address bar.

This will remove all the viruses etc.
