I think i have over 200 viruses?

i have just downloaded i free anti virus scan of the internet, called spybot,

i then ran i scan on my laptop, and it has come up with over 200 viruses, now its telling me that i will have to pay for them to remove my viruses on my laptop,

is that true do i have over 200 viruses,

is there any free viruses scans out there that can remove them for me, if not whats the best pay sites,

i really need to remove them if i do have them,

cause this is my work computer,

i have scaned my laptop with norton, and it tells my just cookies have been found,

what is cookies is that a virus, if so how do i remove that,

NEVER, EVER, pay for any ''Free'' virus scan, download Ad-Aware, Spybot S%26D and AVG Antivirus, google them.

THIS WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE 'Spybot search and destroy' which is excellent and reputablle, its a fake one, bin it quick
You have tried to download a site that is not spy bot free. Try going through Google and type in spy bot search and destroy 1.4. It should come up with a light blue background and offer you free download. If you get a red background it's the wrong site. I got on there by mistake and I think it tells you about all the viruses to make you buy that product. True spy bot is free.
Spybot lies... It is just wanting you to buy from them... If you have Norton, then that's all you need.
