Viruses? Plz help?

Can anyone answer these two questions? I have the following Viruses on my computer Torgan Nebuler, and bloodhound.packe

I cannot delete them. I use Norton, and I have updated the virus protection. (don't know what went wrong) I have downloaded many registry cleaning programs and such programs but to no avail.

Can anyone help?It all started when a blue screen came up and it had hardware error messages.

My computer wont recognize my DVD players, I have tried to reinstall and it starts to install the drivers and then an error message comes up. I took the DVD to where I bought them and they worked fine there...they just wont work on my computer. UGH!

The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

you might to think about saying goodbye to all those pics, music, and other important info...sorry but your going to have to delete every thing on your hard drive.

Reinstall ur windows that will definitlly delete any virus but you will also lose all you stuff such as pictures and files so i would recomend to save all your stuff in a cd and then reinstall your windows program.
Try using something other than Norton. Norton is terrible. I am actually surprised that Norton even FOUND the viruses. Try Trend PC-Cillin. http://www.trendmicro.com
