Myspace viruses ?

does myspace give you any viruses ? everytime i do my weekly virus scan, i always have about 40-50 infected cookies everyweek, and it says something about ''adware'' or something, and i'm guessing it's from the ads on myspace.

also, i have a sidekick, and can my sidekick get any viruses ?

Adware, by itself is not entirely bad. Many programs insert tracking software that can open up ports on your computer that you do not want open for security reasons. These can allow other bad things in. Cookies are not necessarily bad either but can lead to bad things. Almost every site, not specifically answering for MYSpace, tries to place something onto your computer. Adjust security settings to disallow that.
