How do I delete Viruses that AVG Anti-Virus found?

Do I hit delete? and would that mean that the virus is out of my computer? For example. there are virus in my Virus Vault and if I delete them from there are they permanently out of my computer? Please tell me how to fix these viruses.

you dont! because avg gets rid of the problem, it doesnt SOLVE it! it still leaves the backdoor that the virus was sent through open! thats why i would reccomend you go to http://www.avast.com and download the latest avast anti-virus, it scans everything in your computer, even shell files and registry entries, and if it finds an error and you choose to fix it, it will patch up the location the file came from and send a report to the web host, it is amazing software and i highley reccoment it!
