Not because mobile phones don't get viruses, as another answerer suggested - they do but only those of them that run the Symbian, Windows Mobile or PalmOS operating systems. The LG 8600 runs neither of these - it uses a proprietary OS and there are no viruses for it.

Well it will be VERY rare to get a virus. But yeah you can. Some signs are like when you get your phone bill, you made calls you never make or something like that. how to get rid of it, who knows.
