I have 3 viruses on my PC and AVG has put them all in the quarantine section does this stop the viru

I have 3 viruses on my PC and AVG has put them all in the quarantine section does this stop the virus from working and spreading or should i delete them from AVG does deleting them delete the virus or delete them from the quratine section, leting them back on your pc?? (So basicly if i press delete on the virus in quratine will it delete the virus of my pc for good or does it let it back out to run on my computer?)

It will delete it from your computer. No worries anymore. It is also safe to leave them in your quarantine section.

If you've got AVG and you trust it...then ok you can quarantine the viruses or even better DELETE them...but be warned it might give a false reading. It may say that they have been put in quarantine or deleted but does not realy do it.
Once a virus is in quarantine it can't do any damage to your computer (all reputable virus software does this: it isolates them from your operating system). If you want to delete them, that's okay: they won't come back.
