Detected viruses, but action can't be taken?

i've lately purchase kaspersky anti-virus, it has detected 11 viruses. but non-action can be taken because of "write acess is denied" and all those viruses is from my previous norton anti-virus quarantine folder. i tried to leave it alone but kaspersky keep popping up telling me my laptop is infected. what should i do next?

Usually viruses can be deleted in safe mode. Learn the location of the viruses and note it down. Then reboot, press F8 until you get the black screen menu, select safe mode then get the best outta them.

file and folders%26gt;type in virus name click search,

right click to delete.you to repeat this with each

virus. also search disc. works every time.
The problem is that the quarantine folder is triggering the alert, can you delete the folder or are they system files? Or is there an 'ignore this alert' feature in Kaspersky?

Uninstall all ur anti virus softwares. Norton is just a bunch of S H I T. Download AVAST. Open the software and update the virus database. Then click on menu and click on SCHEDULE BOOT-TIME SCAN. Restart ur computer. The software will scan ur pc. This is very effective as it prevents any viruses from getting in ur pc memory. When Avast detects a virus, delete it. Delete all viruses that are detected.
